Who is eligible for services?

People with developmental disabilities, physical disabilities and dual diagnoses who are looking for engaging day services, daily living skills programming, a path to employment, and/or an environment that is designed for people with disabilities with qualified, committed staff.

FAQs

What ages do you serve?

Adults (ages 18 and over) are supported in our Day Services, Building Full Lives, Employment Services, Group Supported Employment and Project SEARCH programs.

Children (ages 0-3) are supported in our Early Intervention program.

​

All ages in our Respite Care program.

What are the hours of operation?

Aspiro day programs run daily (Monday - Friday) from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

​

Appointments for Early Intervention and Employment Services can take place outside of these hours.

​

Respite services can be scheduled for any time or day based on availability.

How does someone pay for your services?

Individuals are funded by various sources. These may include Family Care (through a Managed Care Organization or IRIS), Brown County or private pay.

If you do not have a funding source contact the ADRC to complete the Wisconsin Adult Long-Term Care Functional Screen. Call 920-448-4300.

How do I get started at Aspiro?

Come visit us!
Please call 920-498-2599 to schedule a tour. An inquiry or referral is usually initiated by families or care managers.

Note: A thorough assessment is completed prior to admission. Information collected may include, but not limited to: medical diagnosis, medication, physical, cognitive, social, emotional and recreational needs and wants, authorization for funding, and individual and family information.
