Ryan Ruzziconi
J.D. President
Ryan Ruzziconi was appointed as President of Aspiro on January 2, 2025. Ryan is an attorney licensed in both Michigan and Wisconsin and served in a unique role leading one of the fastest growing health care companies in the United States and serving one of the largest non-profits in the state of Michigan. Ryan received his B.A. with Distinction from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and his law degree from Marquette University Law School. read more
Katie Doble
VP of Services
Katie joined Aspiro in 2009 and has risen through the organization to VP of Services. She has a background in recreation therapy and has led the organization through the development of several new programs.
Alan Gaffney
VP of Finance
Alan is a Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years' of diverse private and public accounting experience in a wide variety of industries including the nonprofit sector.

Nicole Hoffmann
VP of Development
Nicole brings over 20 years’ of development experience to Aspiro; which includes previously holding a leadership position at a large youth development organization. She is also a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
